Chinese Hi-fi equipments have been the new trend among the audiophile. However, customer service seems to be the problem in many cases. At Little Dot we believe communicating with our customer is the only way to keep our loyal customer. Currently, we provide one year warranty with all of our products, and we will provide service as long as the parts are still available for your device, but the customer have to pay for the shipping and parts.

For those who are handy with DIY, if you could just contact us and describe what the problem is with pictures, we will evaluated the cause and provide the parts when the product is within is warranty. Please let us know if you have any suggestion or question.
